出现这种报错的原因主要有以下两种可能的情况:
1.物理场条件的定义不合理;
2.模型收敛性设置不合理。
其中前者可能占绝大多数。建议您在进行维度的变化时,同时考虑添加的维度上的一些边界和掺杂等设置是否有同步更新。

若您在确认物理场设置是合理的情况下,仍出现不收敛的情况,可以通过我们的技术支持上传您的模型,我们可以根据您的实际模型给出调整建议。
