Can I draw a semi-infinite geometry in comsol?

Can I draw a semi-infinite geometry in comsol? For example, a rectangle, it has four sides, top, bottom, left and right, is it possible to make one side infinite?

not that I know, without the PNL or infinite domains implemented in some physics.

Infinite extend would mean infinite large mesh hence infinite RAM and a few other infinite issues, not obviousto solve either
