Piezoresistivity with highly p-doped single crystal silicon

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Greetings,

I am interested in simulating the piezoresistivity of a silicon layer doped at 10^19 cm^-3. However, it appears that Comsol only offers lightly n-doped and lightly p-doped materials. Could you provide any recommendations on how I could proceed with these simulations?

Thank you, Gabriele
