Hi
depending on your level and your need, you can find interesting hints for most chemical approaches here (I have read it a couple of times and finds it very usefull for my general COMSOL understanding):
www.comsol.com/academic/books/mmwfem/
probably also in these, but I do not know myself
www.comsol.com/academic/books/itcec/
www.comsol.com/academic/books/eocre/
Unforunately chemistry FEM is not my speciality (yet), I'm currently to occupied on mixing the other "physics"
Good luck
Ivar
